SPA POLICIES

At Skincare Wellness Spa, we are committed to providing all clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. To ensure the best service for everyone, please review our spa policies below.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

  • We kindly ask that all appointments be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

  • A credit card may be required to hold your reservation.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to accommodate the next client.

HEALTH & WELLNESS CONSIDERATIONS

Please inform your esthetician of any health conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or special considerations prior to your treatment. This allows us to customize your service for your safety and comfort.

REFUND POLICY

  • All services and gift card purchases are non-refundable.

  • Products may be returned for spa credit within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included in service prices but are always appreciated. Typical gratuity ranges from 15% to 20% based on your satisfaction.

CELL PHONES & QUIET ENVIRONMENT

  • To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly ask that cell phones be silenced upon arrival.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
